Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy governs your use of Owwyl. It is incorporated into and forms part of the Terms of Service. If you violate this policy we may suspend or terminate your account.

You may use Owwyl only for lawful business bookkeeping. You may not use the service to record, conceal, or facilitate any transaction that is fraudulent, in furtherance of money laundering, tax evasion, or any other unlawful activity, or to produce records you intend to present as something they are not.

You represent that you have the right to connect and process every bank account, email inbox, and accounting export you link to Owwyl, and that doing so does not violate any law, contract, or third party's rights. Do not connect data belonging to others without authorization.

Owwyl produces unaudited software output. You may not represent Owwyl reports as audited, reviewed, or compiled financial statements, or as the work product of a licensed accountant, to any lender, investor, tax authority, or other third party.

You may not attempt to access another organization's data, probe or bypass authentication or tenant isolation, disrupt the service, introduce malware, or scrape the platform. You may not share credentials or allow unauthorized users to access your account.

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the service, use it to build a competing product, or resell, sublicense, or provide the service to third parties except as expressly permitted in writing.

Access the service only through interfaces we provide. Do not place unreasonable load on the platform or circumvent rate limits, usage tiers, or transaction allowances.

We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement. We may suspend access immediately where continued use poses a risk to the platform, other customers, or the integrity of financial data. Questions: legal@kronos.ai.
